Anyone found to be under 21 will have their account suspended and any winnings forfeited. We take this seriously and encourage all players to play responsibly.

No. Each player is allowed only one PH977 account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently suspended and balances being forfeited. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, please reach out to our support team instead of creating a new one.

Log in to your PH977 account and navigate to your Profile or Account Settings section. From there, you can update your email address, mobile number, and other personal details. We've kept it low so every Filipino player — regardless of budget — can get in on the action without pressure.

Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes after your request is approved. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay) usually take 30 minutes to a few hours. In all cases, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Make sure your withdrawal account matches your registered PH977 identity to avoid delays.

PH977 does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. However, depending on your bank or e-wallet provider, your financial institution may apply its own transfer fees. We recommend checking your GCash or Maya app's fee schedule, especially for larger transactions. Our Deposit and Withdrawal page has a full breakdown.
